I saw this in my Feb issue of Teen Vogue and instantly fell in love with it! It's Cat Lipstick by Paul and Joe. I have never seen a lipstick like it! I went to their website here, but got lost looking for it. But apparently you can purchase it here at Urban Outfitters. This one's definitely on my wishlist!
